Saturday, March 23, 2013

Dripping Springs High School

1:00pm – Band Hall Opens

1:30pm – Load Bus

1:45pm – Depart for Rouse High School

3:00pm – Hair and makeup needs to be done at this time. You will not have a lot of time to do so when we arrive.

4:00pm – Check in at Dripping Springs High School, 940 Hwy 290 Dripping Spring, TX 78620

4:10pm – Guard and Floor Crew watch one performance in the gym. This is to get used to your performance space!

4:15pm – Floor Crew will eat and have a quick meeting

4:40pm – Be show ready with equipment in hand. Start unofficial warm up.

5:10pm – Guard Body Warm-Up. Floor Crew will meet at Prop Storage to get floor

5:17pm – Transit

5:22pm – Guard Equipment Warm-Up. Floor Crew ROLLS OUT to performance site!

5:29pm – Transit

5:34pm – Perform

5:40pm – Guard Changes and puts equipment in single location, then eat! Floor Crew folds floor and loads it on the TRUCK. Next, gather guard equipment and sound system and load in on the BUS.

6:40pm – Awards Retreat

7:30pm – Immediately following the awards retreat load buses.

7:45pm – Depart Dripping Springs High School

9:45pm – Arrive at Stevens High School

10:00pm – Band Hall Closes
